Andrea Anders
Anders is a native of Madison, Wisconsin. She was born and raised within Madison, Wisconsin but now lives in Los Angeles, is originally from DeForest. She completed her studies at DeForest Area High School in DeForest, Wisconsin in 1993 as well as an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 1997. In 2001, Anders earned the title of Master of Fine Arts at Rutgers University. From 2006 until the year 2015, Anders and her former Joey co-star Matt LeBlanc, who met during the filming of the canceled sitcom dated. Sean Anders, director of Sex Drive and Never Been Thawed (anders.com) is her older brother. Anders started her stage career in 2001. She was a student of Mary Louise Parker on Broadway in Proof. Later, in The Graduate she played Elaine Robinson. In addition, she appeared as a character in On the Jump at the Arena Stage, New Doors at the Guthrie Theater as well as two New York Stage & Film productions: Cold/Tender and New World Rhapsody. Anders first appeared as Jeannie in Fat Pig on the Geffen Playhouse stage. Fat Pig was closed by July 1st 2007. She played Jeannie, an accountant. One of Anders her first appearances on television was the commercials for Dannon that ran during the 1990s and then again around 2006. Anders is most notable for her role on Joey (as attorney Alex Garrett) and The Class in the role of Nicole Allen (nee Campbell) as the wife of a former football player. Both times, she was present on every episode, but the shows were ended up being cancelled. Anders was also a guest on parts on One Life to Live and Law & Order. She has made appearances as an actor in The Guiding Light. She was featured on HBO for three seasons as Donna Degenhart as early as 2003. Then, she made appearances as Heather on The Stepford Wives in 2004, and Brandy in Sex Drive as Brandy and as Susan in Sex Drive in 2008. Anders appeared as a character in Numb3rs (2008).
